New to pilates? Seasoned professional? New mumma-to-be?

We have a class style that will feel good for you.

  • Good As New – Beginner

This class is a great place to start if you are new to reformer pilates.

We will teach you how to use the reformer and introduce you to the basics.

This class will help you build your confidence, while still being a great workout and leaving you feeling as good as new!

Prenatal friendly options available - please contact the studio prior to booking.

  • Good Times – Open

This is our signature flowy all-rounder good class.

Open to everyone, this class will offer both beginner and intermediate options with a variety of modifications and progressions for those who are wanting a little less or a little more out of their session.

This full-body class will challenge your body and mind no matter which level you are at, good times are guaranteed!

Prenatal friendly options available - please contact the studio prior to booking.

  • Intermediate Reformer Pilates

    Good Challenge – Intermediate

This is our most challenging class. A dynamic, faster-paced, full-body class that incorporates a mix of stability, strength, cardio and core exercises.

This class will offer both intermediate and advanced options so it is important that you are generally injury free and know your way around the reformer before jumping into one of these classes.

This class is guaranteed to be an all-round good challenge!

  • Good Baby – Mums, Dads & Bubs

This class is specially designed for our new mums and dads to get their pilates fix with bub in tow.

These classes are capped at 6 attendees so we can give you that little bit of extra attention and to allow space for prams, carriers and good bubs.

*Babies allowed up to 6 months.

Pre and Postnatal Pilates

We love to support our new mums and mums-to-be.

To keep you feeling good throughout your pregnancy, our beginner and open classes are designed with prenatal friendly modifications in mind.

You will require a medical clearance form to participate in group classes beyond 14 weeks and must contact the studio prior to booking.

*Please email studio@goodpilates.com.au for a copy of our ‘prenatal authorisation to exercise form’ to be completed with your GP or obstetrician and returned to us prior to booking any classes beyond 14 weeks.

To support your postnatal return to exercise, we recommend our Good Baby (mums & bubs) or Good As New beginner classes as a starting point.

Please wait until you have received medical clearance from your GP or obstetrician to return to exercise and let your instructor know so we can make sure you are comfortable throughout the session.
